EITHER-WAY CONTINUITY OFFENSE

1

1 passes to 2. The ballside post (4) pops to the high post. 3 cuts off the backscreen set by 5 and moves to the ballside low post area. After 5 screens he steps out behind the three point line.

2

1 takes two steps toward the ball, then 1 cuts back off the high post (4) to the offside layup area looking for a lob pass.

3

2 may pass to the first cutter (3) or to 1 for the lob play. If none of these are open 4 steps out on top and receives a pass from 2.

4 now has the option of passing to 5 or back to 2.

The same action is repeated.

5

VARIATION:
Come-Back option:

The "Come-Back" starts the same as the normal movement.

6

But when 1 starts his cut off the high post his defender jumps below the screen. 1 pops back on top and 4 rolls to the basket.

7

2 passes to 1 for the shot.

If 1 does not have the shot the offense continues with 1 passing to 5 or 2. Shown here is 1 passing to 5.
